It's Up There
Yusuf Ali : O ye who believe! fulfil (all) obligations. Lawful unto you (for food) are all four-footed animals with the exceptions named: but animals of the chase are forbidden while ye are in the Sacred Precincts or in pilgrim garb: for Allah doth command according to His Will and Plan. WHAT IS IT THAT WE HOLD SACRED THESE DAYS??

ALLAH SAYS REFLECT UPON OUR REST HOW OUR BODY BE IN A STATE OF DEATH SO TO REGENERATE !!
[ Yusuf Ali : Glory to (Allah) Who did take His Servant for Journey by night from the Sacred Mosque to the Farthest Mosque whose precincts We did bless― in order that We might show him some of Our Signs: for He is the one Who heareth and seeth (all things). ]
Alif Lam Mim. These are Verses of the Wise Book,― A Guide and a Mercy to the Doers of Good,― Those who establish regular Prayer, and give regular Charity, and have (in their hearts) the assurance of the Hereafter.
These are on (true) guidance from their Lord; and these are the ones who will prosper.
But there are, among men those who purchase idle tales, without knowledge (or meaning), to mislead (men) from the Path of Allah and throw ridicule (on the Path): for such there will be a humiliating Penalty.
